Make Segmentation rules part of Project settings

For a lot of Projects, changes to the Segmentation rules are necessary. As working with serverbased TMs it is not a good idea to change the segmentation rules of TMs used by others at the same time. For projects with several languages and many TMs you need to change the settings in each of them.

My very time consuming workaround: create a project template without any TM but a Language Ressource Template with the correct segmentation, create the Project, add TMs and do the Batch Tasks Analyze Files and Pre-Translate Files.

Thus, it would be a lot easier if the segmentation rules could be set for projects, instead of TMs.
