The error "The document is not bilingual since 'tw4WinMark' style is not defined" is produced in the following situations:
1. Extension is "doc" but file is actually "rtf"
2. Extension is "doc" but file is actually "docx"
3. Extension is "doc" but file is actually a Word XML Document (.xml)
4. Extension is "docx" but file is actually "doc"
The main problem is the error message has nothing to do with the problem (it is very misleading).
However, instead of having the user determine the correct extension, I think it would be better to have Trados Studio handle these situations for the user.
Microsoft Word for example can handle all these situations.
