Notify of wrong target language code in XLF/XLIFF files

Hi,

If you process XLF files, Trados Studio will notify you that the detected target language does not match that expected by the project when you open a target language SDLXLIFF: 

Error dialog box in Trados Studio stating 'The detected target language does not match that expected by the project.' with an OK button, Knowledge Base, and Community links.

Wouldn't it make more sense to have this error when copying to target languages? Or have just a warning but allow in the file type settings to ignore missing locales or differing language codes? This would save a lot of time if you need to process multiple XLF exports in which the locale is not specified in the source XLF files.
