Only show folder selection dialog *one time+ when selecting "Save Target As" or "Save Source As" for multiple files

Currently when you have multiple files open at the same time and select "Save Target As" or "Save Source As", you have to select the folder to save the file for *each* file. I think in the majority (99% or higher?) of cases, the user wants to save all the files to the same folder. Therefore, I suggest only bringing up the folder selection dialog *one time*.
