Option for diacritics-insensitive term autocompletion

If for example in Greek I have the term

instrument -> όργανο

Typing the letter "o" will not trigger term autocompletion, I have to press the accent key, then "o" and then it will be available for insertion.

I had been thinking of posting just that but I felt that I've posted enough ideas for a while, so I didn't. So efxaristo poli for posting this one!
