Option to exclude locked segments from analyses and completion statuses

As discussed for example on https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/f/90/p/7212/56926#56926, it is not very helpful that Studio includes locked segments in analyses and completion status. It makes it very difficult to follow progress. 

We cannot touch or even confirm locked segments, so if a project contains for example 75% locked segments, I end up with Studio showing 25% completed when in reality 100% is completed.

Such figures are useless for practical purposes. I need to be able to track that I complete 100% of what I am supposed to do. MemoQ does it. Memsource does it. Why can't Studio, which is more expensive?

It ought to be possible to define that the bottom-right figures and the progress shown on the Files tab should ignore the locked segments. This is how other CAT tools work. I don't see the use of including the locked segments in this.

    About the title, you probably know better than I do how to name the different parts of Studio.
