Option to exclude segments where source=target from being added to TM

I would be good to have the option in "TM settings" to prevent TUs from being added where source and target segment are identical.

Some of these TUs may be useful. For example proper names or international words (such OK) or numbers. So it would make sense to have an extra criterion, i.e. over a number of characters or words.
