Completely overhaul the upgrade process to make it, well, user friendly. It's 2019 and Studio still can't
- inherit spellcheckers which have been added to a previous version, forcing me to manually modify the XML again
- inherit settings such as tweaks to file handling, font sizes etc, forcing me to keep a list of Studio mods so I know what I had to tweak (and let's face it, Studio makes you tweak some pretty weird stuff)
- uninstall previous versions of Studio (just did the move to 2019 and then had to manually locate the 2017 bits and uninstall them via Windows)
- automatically locate the new license (which you have to manually upgrade in your profile on the Studio website... eh?)
Frankly the upgrade process feels like the worst ideas of Linux and Windows mashed together.
