Interesting idea I think... whisper is an open source model developed by OpenAI that can be run locally or through some hosted service (including OpenAI).  It's designed to transcribe, translate, and recognise spoken language in multiple languages.  Would be good to have some meat on the reason for the idea though as there are potentially many reasons for wanting this and the implementation could be different for each one.  AppStore is surely the way to go though... I think if all the interesting solutions out there were to be added to the core product we'd all have a job for life just adding these AI solutions and do nothing else at all ;-)
