provide an option to manually look up current segment in MT

I would like to have an option (probably a shortcut) to retrieve and display MT result for the current segment (or directly apply it to the current segment if it's more feasible).  Sometimes fuzzy matches are not much to my satisfaction.

I know there is an option to always display an MT result, but that's not I'm talking about.
