SDL Account - Downloads section: always make available the latest builds (including all CUs, SRs), not the installation files at the time of products launch

Now whenever a customer needs to install SDL Trados Studio or MultiTerm he needs to download the installation file of when the products were launched, and then apply all cumulative updates and service releases. This is rather time consuming and not immediate, especially if you had to uninstall the program and then reinstall it, but also if you need to install it on a new computer.

My idea is that SDL would make available in the SDL Account > Downloads all the latest builds, so that a customer could just run the installation file and have the very latest version of the program installed and ready to use.

For example, as I write I need to reinstall SDL Trados Studio, but the installation file in SDL Account > Downloads is dated November 2016, and it does not include all the CUs released since the launch date.
