Following the comments, setting this to Delivered through the status bar mechanisms.

Segment unit numbering should be reversed - eg from 100 to 1 instead of from 1 to 100

Hi, instead of showing segment numbers from 1 moving forwards, it would be nice to see Trados showing the highest segment number and then moving to 1. That is, from end to start, that way, the translator will know how many more segments need to be completed without scrolling down. For instance, if a document has 100 segment units, when the translator starts working, instead of starting translation on segment 1, he/she will start on unit 100 and then move down till he/she reaches 100. It is visually helpful for a translator to know how many more units are needed for completion.

  • NO! Downvoting this... This is very bad idea, ignoring the fact that there are also other people than translators working with Studio and something like that would be terribly confusing.

    You should better configure appropriately the indicators in the lower right corner in the status bar.
