Idea delivered partially (at least) through the more recent Advanced Display Filter.

Single mouse click to confirm Display filter in Review tab

Sorry to have been dense, Paul. Herewith, the idea:

Select the Review tab, in the Display filter area, alongside "case sensitive", "refresh filters" and "reset filters", I would like to have a convenient confirmation button ("OK" or the like) so as to confirm the chosen filter with a single mouse click. This would save time lost in letting go the mouse in order to press "Enter". Labour-saving, whenever the developers have time to spare. Refer to yellow highlighted area in the screenshot:
