Select the Review tab, in the Display filter area, alongside "case sensitive", "refresh filters" and "reset filters", I would like to have a convenient confirmation button ("OK" or the like) so as to confirm the chosen filter with a single mouse click. This would save time lost in letting go the mouse in order to press "Enter". Labour-saving, whenever the developers have time to spare. Refer to yellow highlighted area in the screenshot:
