Split the sdlxliff file directly in the Editor

Large files are supposed to be pre-processed and split outside Studio, before converting them to sdlxliffs. However, in many cases you can't really guess something until the translation takes part - it would make sense to allow splitting the file even at later stage, directly from Studio editor. Of course as an advanced option, requiring additional confirmation.
