Studio templates management options

Hi all,

managing lots of project templates is cumbersome in Studio. I would like to see options like:

- create a new template on the basis of an existing template (you can copy templates but then have to edit IDs in the sdltpl file otherwise they get messed up)

- change options in a series of templates

- create read-only project templates
