Support for 4k resolution needed

Amazingly, Studio 2019 STILL has no support for 4k resolution displays. 4k resolution has been the norm for high-end computer displays for many years now. The "Change Scaling Behavior" app in the SDL AppStore offers some relief but falls short of fixing the many display problems.

SR1 came and went, and STILL this problem is ignored. Amazing. The "Change Scaling Behavior" app in the SDL AppStore does not support MultiTerm Desktop 2019, so now I need to get out my jeweler's loupe…

Indeed, the app doesn't work for me (on my brand new 4K ThinkPad X1 Yoga Gen 5). The stuff is no longer tiny, but now everything is blurry/jagged (can't quite decide) and very hard on the eyes.

I've seen discussions about problems with high definition displays since around 2016, 4 years has passed and we still are facing this problem. What on earth can we do so we can be heard? and the app fix using "Change Scaling Behavior" is not a final solution, everything is displayed pixelated.

The "Change Scaling Behavior" app in the SDL AppStore does not support MultiTerm Desktop 2019, so now I need to get out my jeweler's loupe to do termbase maintenance in MultiTerm. Please fix this shortcoming or PAY someone to write an app to get around it.

This is a very urgently needed. I am tired of getting a white screen in my UHD screen. I have to plug my pc to a 1080p screen to be able to see the segments...
