Translate
RTF v2 has removed parser to define "Non-translatable texts" (use for specific text can be excluded from translation) that normally available with RTF v1 (CU7).
The RTF file should not be opened or edited in Microsoft Word. Word will automatically format text and objects that may cause issues when re-import RTF back to original and cause of bad format layout.
