TM-User-ID should remain unchanged under File >> Setup >> User if TM-User-ID is changed when finishing a project

When finishing a project, a change of the TM-User-ID results in a change of the TM-User-ID under File >> Setup >> User for subsequent projects. This means that a project setting overrides the default settings of a user with regard to the ID. The idea is to have the TM-User-ID changed for the finishing of a project only, avoiding a change of the user settings with regard to the ID as a whole.
