To add forced auto-propagation settings on project level (to override Options settings)

Hello,

would it be possible to implement auto-propagation setting on project level? We have some clients where auto-propagation is forbidden and although this is mentioned in all hand-overs and instructions this is very often missed... or contrary we receive "complaints" that translators tend to forget to enable it again after these "special" jobs - loosing productivity. Would it be possible to implement a project level option to force auto-propagation settings as per project manager settings?
