Tweak for proper Greek end punctuation in QA

When using Check that source and target end with the same punctuation there are some TUs flagged which should not be flagged when it comes to Greek.

In Greek, the character for the question mark is ";". Therefore, a sound QA check should expect the ";" symbol at the end of a (Greek) target sentence when the source (English) sentence ends in "?".

Currently, there is a "Check for Spanish punctuation". There could be an option to check for Greek punctuation, or, simple, if one of the languages involved is Greek, the system silently accepts the equivalence of:

English - Greek
