Untranslated words counter at bottom right of Editor view should exclude locked segments

Locked segments should not be counted in the untranslated words counter at the bottom right of the Editor view - otherwise it is useless as an indicator of remaining work to be done in a document, which is what this counter is good for. Or it should be possible to choose to exclude locked segments.
