The current situation is that Studio only updates when you run the application. The MultiTerm update is not synchronized with Studio in any way. It would be great to update both applications in one go.

change the updating policy entirely. Instead of starting the application, then seeing the update manager downloading something and forcing user to restart the application, it would be great to simply have an SDL Update manager in the system tracy. Application would check for updates for Studio and Multiterm and download/install them in the background when Studio is not in use. Far less painful than starting the application only to see it needs to download something and restart. 

There, you get two ideas for the price of one.
