Update the new MT Enhanced Plugin (which lets you use the new Microsoft Azure accounts) so that it works for Trados Studio 2014

Microsoft changed its Microsoft Translate interface so that the old Data Market accounts are not going to be valid as of March 31, 2017. Now they have Azure accounts. The good old MT Enhanced Trados Plugin has been updated to use Azure accounts, and now it works for Trados 2015 and later. Please someone update this plugin so it works with earlier versions of Trados, NAMELY 2014. Thanks!
