We are looking for a way to mark files (currently these are Word files that are highlighted) to identify text coming from various reference materials. Studio already identifies terms or phrases coming from termbases, and so we would like to use this to mark the source files up, export the file onto .docx and use it for offline projects. This process currently takes up to 3 hours per 70-page file, as one of the reference materials contains 30k+ terms, so we believe we can greatly improve efficiency with a Studio-based process.
Before you suggest it: no, our client is not prepared to use Studio for the translations themselves. There are a few operational difficulties as we deal with updates (so, tracked changes) and have had CAPAs in the past. We are only looking at adapting our offline process for now.
