We often state inch values in brackets for our US customers. E.g. 178 mm x 73 mm x 265 mm (7" x 2.9" x 10.4"). If have the identical values in a different document Trados makes the e.g. the following suggestion: 178 mm x 73 mm x 265 mm (3.5" x 2.9" x 2.6") so I always have to correct the values. Why does Trados not correctly store additional numbers added to the translation? It is also wrongly indicated in the "Translation Results" window.
If I just switch one value, Trados even gives a 100% Match for 178 mm x 265 mm x 73 mm (7" x 2.9" x 10.4").
Are there already any efforts to solve this issue?
