The essence of my idea is to treat all confirmed segments within an open file as actual TM entries. So if even if no TM is connected the user will still get prompts from already confirmed segments from within the open file. The same applies to concordance search.
This would be an excellent productivity enhancement, especially for reviewers who often do not wish to create a separate TM for each job or translators who have many one-time jobs.
