This could be done in the Advanced display filter so for example one could select to display 95-99% matches. It could be split into a series of predefined match % if user-defined match % ranges selection is not possible.

Improve fuzzy matching for single word segments

Currently this is far from optimal, resulting in irrelevant matches as seen below. Even a no match situation would have been much better.
