Add ability for reviewers using CP to reassign their tasks to other reviewers in ManTra.

Hello,

Would it be possible to add an option for a reviewer using CP (so client reviewer specifically) to reassign tasks that they've taken ownership of to another specific reviewer from their group?

Currently when someone has taken ownership of tasks in review all they can do is return them to the group, our client from Atlas Copco would like the reviewers to be able to choose someone else.
