Add ability to download just one language delivery at a time, from Language Cloud

Issue: Now that I can get notifications of delivery when one language in a project is complete, I can go and download the first language delivery when it's ready. For every language that is ready after that, I cannot download just the one language and must re-download all the language deliveries in LC.

Suggestion: Allow a user to download all languages or select individual language deliveries to download from the Language Cloud portal.

    I wanted to provide an update on this suggestion, which I acknowledge is long overdue.

    I am currently working with the UX team on the final designs for a UI refresh in ManTra, planned before the end of 2017. Although existing users won't notice too significant a difference from the current interface, every page in the product will be affected, so the effort involved is significant. I am planning to share some of the new designs via the Community over the next few weeks, but if anyone is interested in taking a look at these in the meantime, please contact me directly.

    Let me now explain why this UX initiative has an impact on the functionality discussed in this idea. We have effectively imposed a UI 'feature freeze' until the new designs have been moved into Production. We don't want to introduce new functionality based on the current designs, only to then replicate this in the new UI once this has been implemented.

    The download-by-language feature is something we intend to deliver, once the UI refresh has been released. Again, I will share some visual mock-ups of this feature a little closer to the time.
