It has come up in numerous Mantra demo's, where customers would like to see a query management module in Mantra. This will allow for the tracking of project related queries (between the customer PM and SDL PM), technical related queries (between the customer engineers/publishers and SDL engineers/publishers) and especially translation related queries (between customer reviewers and SDL translators). Today translators can add comments in segments or files, and reviewers can respond back using these using the comments feature in the Mantra review page. However this is not the same as a query management system, since sometimes there might be a global comment which is relevant to all translators etc.

While looking at this feature request, we should perhaps look to integrate an existing query management module into Mantra since there are several out there, so no need to re-invent the wheel. The query management module might be an extra (optional) tab at the top of the Mantra screen, or a drop down list item under the Mantra user dropdown list.
