Client want: Aggregated download notification email for preference period time

Current product: Select "1 notification / all task complete email" or "1 notification / language"

 

Client point of view, if order lots or language pair then single vendor translate, the vendor deliver in few batches. That result bunch of notification to client.

This idea to improve the user experience.

    For project retrieval emails, we currently allow users to choose between the following options: -

    1) Receive an email notification when all files in a project are ready for retrieval

    2) Receive an email notification when all files for an individual language are ready for retrieval. For a project being translated into 8 languages, for example, the client would receive  8 email notifications, each time a language was ready for retrieval in its entirety

    We do not intend to provide any greater level of granularity than what I have described above, for risk of making things overly complicated.  If the email by language results in too many notifications, the client could simply choose to be notified when all languages in the project are ready for retrieval.
