Enter a date range older than the last 12 months when Exporting My Data

It is nice to have the data range but for some clients they would like to run statistics older than the last 12 months. Some client have different financial year start and end dates. i.e 1st August until 31st July. I would be great if at least the data range could be extended later than only 12 months.

Under "My Acount \ Export My Data" I have the ability to Request new data export as "Custom" but as I mention before this goes only back 12 Months.
