I have already two clients who are looking for a way how their client reviewers can more easily rate the translation quality. They are looking for a pop-up after client review that gives them a start rating with 3-5 short questions / categories (e.g. style, terminology...). The results must then be exported in a report.
This is required by their management for internal KPs but I think it would also be a chance for us to make more suitable improvement suggestions based on the ratings and, for example, upsell styleguides or terminology as added value.
From what I learned now a quality rating model is only supported in TMS, but not in ManTra and also not really planned for the new Language Cloud. What do you think about that suggestions?
