The SDLTMSSupport@sdl.com email address is a configurable setting in SDL TMS so it's not logical to have boilerplate text to warn people that the address is not monitored because this email address could be different on some implementations. For those installations where this text is required, SDL TMS already lets you add boilerplate text by customizing the Footer template which you can find under Resources.

TMS Notifications should contain a line of boilerplate text advising users not to reply to the email.
Since SDLTMSSupport@SDL.COM is an unmonitored email, any responses to this are not recieved.
Users in large organisations dont necessarily know this, so a simple peice of text advising them that they should not reply as the mails are not monitored/received would be useful
