Thank you for your idea to help us improve SDL TMS. We have been looking at the possibility to enhance our existing search functionality in SDL TMS so your suggestion is well timed. I'll put this under community review for now with a view to gathering more ideas on how we can improve the search experience and then we may be able to implement something in a future release.

TMS Search to include more than the first 50 characters

Existing TMS Search functionality is limited to the first 50 characters of task names. When submitting jobs from our CMS repositories, our GUID numbers often exceed that limitation, leaving us with no search results available. Ideally, TMS would change this behavior to include the first 100 characters.
