Attribute Type "Date" for custom attributes should be "Date and Time"

Under Management -> Administration -> Customization -> Custom component type: Attributes, the Attribute Type "Date" only supports the selection of the day (with month and year).

But as the projects are quite tight nowadays, it should be possible to select the time as well.

Just as it is during the project creation.
