"delete all duplicates" of translation memory should be able to handled by case sensitive even though the DBMS is MS SQL server

When you do "delete all duplicates" of translation memory, if DBMS is MS SQL server, there is no way to do it by case sensitive.
There should be a way to do it by case sensitive.
This is very important for WorldServer users.
