This ability is included in WS 11.8 if you use the Refresh button provided at the bottom of the UI not the browser Refresh button!

Expand All arrow should be kept as expanded when refreshing the browser page

On the new interface of WS 11.1.1.490, if you click on the Expan All arrow and then refresh the browser page, the whole project list view changes. Instead of keeping all the project groups expanded, they collapse again. The browser page/UI doesn't memorize/keep the Expand All option activated.
