Some customers really look forward receiving the translation of their document. So when it is one minute after the due date they are downloading the translation.

If the translation is already uploaded, my customers download a non-approved translation as we are having some in-house quality checks after the translation is delivered.

If the translation is not yet uploaded, we receive complaints that it is still the source text and was not translated.

The customers do not wait until they receive the final delivery mail and most of the time they ignore the status of the project or are not aware of this.

Due to this fact it would facilitate the work of the project managers if the translated files can only be downloaded when they are approved by the project manager.
