We have several project managers who handle the translation projects.
All these project managers use a team mailbox so that one can easily take over the tasks of another project manager.
If I enter the e-mail address of the team mailbox, we receive one mail per project manager in the team mailbox. E.g. 5 mails in the team mailbox if there are 5 project managers because each mail is addressing the project manager directly.
For such groups that are working closely together and sharing one mail address, I would like to have the possibility to send only one mail/notification per role/user group.
As this is not possible at the moment, I needed to create only one general user with this role (project manager) and the project Managers need to share this user and password.
