thanks for the input. We already have stories in the WorldServer backlog to address the shortcomings in the current WorldServer Quality Model, with a plan to deliver these in the second half of 2017. It falls under the heading of our Technology Convergence theme.

The need then to be able to report better on the captured data will be met through the report center.

Quality Model improvements

Quality Model functionality needs to mature and function similarly to the Issue reporting mechanism. One should be able to easily access a report of all errors reported per segment (similar to Assignments/Issues). Additionally, there should be an ability to configure users (i.e. reviewers) with no rights to save assets and/or update TMs to still be able to report issues. Mechanism to customize error reporting form should be improved (currently it does not work). Existing attributes should be made customizable (for example, so that one can make Error Type a required field if needed).
