Reopening an archived (completed) project

Would be handy to be able to reopen an archived (completed) project instead of creating a new one (to add new locales, new source files, etc.).

This is actually possible, assuming that you have not configured garbage collection to have completely archived the project (meaning it still shows up in completed and canceled. It a bit wonky but you can use the versioning process documented at https://tinyurl.com/yaj66cfr.
