The Terminology Manager should be notified by mail when the Term Database is updated

The Terminology Manager should be notified by mail when the Term Database is updated, based on the following trigger events: ·
- Term addition/modification/deletion ·
- Attribute value addition/modification/deletion

The notification should include the following information: ·
- Updated term/attribute ·
- Type of action: addition/modification/deletion ·
- Identity of the person who updated the database ·
- Date and time of the database update


The trigger point behind this idea - Some users update Term Database and that create issues with the Other team members and TD Owner. Thus there is a need to track which user did those changes. Currently there are no such records exist in the Database to identify who made changes to which TD on which date-time? Hence, we are looking for a mechanism to notify the TD owner / admins whenever changes to TD happen by someone. Keeping the records of such transactions in the Database will be an added advantage.
