We are sending projects to Vendors and Via Worldserver. They work in offline cat tools. However with related to communication with Vendors we are using mail or other additional tool- Translation hand off , extension.. etc. At this point, I have a request from the reviewing vendors whether we can set up an easier and faster process for requesting extension and changing the deadline of a step/project by using a GMS functionality rather than in Email. Shall we have a kind of chat / comment communication between vendor and requestor in WS.?


The idea is now that if we had the possibility that the agencies requested an extension in GMS directly (instead of other third party tool) and the PMs accepted (clicked an accept button for example), the deadline would automatically be changed,
We could make the "Ask for an extension button" also only available until the deadline of a project, so there couldn't be any cheating with the product translation delivery anymore also.
