Add a 'Language' button in the Browse Repository window

Right now you can look at a specific version of an object in Browse Repository, but it would be nice to also be able to view a specific language of an object. For example, if you are looking at a variables library for a publication in PM and you want to make sure a particular variable has been translated correctly in all languages, it would be nice to be able to access them all through Browse Repository (without having to do a separate search or move to the web UI).
