Add an API on import that creates a publication

Many companies import a lot of content - maps and objects, but you have to manually create the publications after the import. How about creating an API to add to the DITA2Trisoft tool that creates publications using the imported maps and objects? If content is being imported after an export from another SDL server there is already a book map or book-level map that can be used. Other imports would need a book map created for the publication. There are potentially some developers out there already doing this.
