Add column to Baseline that displays warnings/errors

Proposed changes for Publication Manager > Baseline Tab:

It would be nice if the table in the Baseline tab displays the errors or warnings tripped by the associated objects in the publication. The idea here is that a publication can contain lots of problems (broken x-refs, variables, conrefs, etc.) yet the icon for all of the publication objects will show green in the Baseline tab. It would be good if the icons for those objects that throw errors could indicate these problems when they are present.
