Add the ability to turn off map preview in Publication Manager

If you click the map in the TOC pane in Publication Manager, and it's a large map, it can take a long time for the preview pane to display the map. After a while, it will tell you it's going to take a long time, and asks if you want to continue. But even if you select "No", it takes a while before it gives control back to you. I realize that you can right-click the map in the TOC pane to check it out without actually selecting the map, but sometimes I accidentally select it, and it's very annoying to have to wait for it to give me control again.
