Adding notification feature to writers for new comments in Collaborative Review

Notify topic's author when new comments are added to a review topic by each SME in Collaborative Review before review is marked completed.

  • Hi Sally, I think preferred method to get notifications that is supported in Tridion Docs 13 OOTB is by using emails for when objects are transitioned to To be reviewed and/or Reviewed statuses. Authors and SMEs can get email notifications after this feature is configured by SDL PS or Oberon according to your status transitions and SMTP set-up.
