Allow non-admin to delete "Definition" translation jobs they have created

In Tridion Docs 14, we now need to be administrators to be able to delete Translation Jobs.

It does make sense for projects with In Translation or Complete status, but - as a non-admin user, I find it very useful to be able to delete my own Translation Jobs that are still in Definition.

Would it be possible to do such thing, please?
